Jai Lynn McPheron, LMT, E-RYT

Jai Lynn McPheron performs in the world as a Mindful Yoga Coach. Well versed and practiced in yoga and mindfulness philosophies as well as shamanic practices, reiki and astrology. Her personalized blend of mindful living coaching gives her diverse clientele the tools they need to relieve physical, emotional and spiritual stress and live a more fulfilling life. Jai Lynn is also a musician and host of Mindflow Radio, a podcast airing for over 6 years. 

Jai Lynn is co-founder of Integrated Mindfulness Institute (IMI), which was established in Viroqua, Wisconsin in 2017. She became an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) in 2008 and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2016. Before the establishment of IMI, Jai Lynn presented on mindfulness at corporate workshops, trainings, mental health lectures, and various wellness retreats.

In addition to her work at IMI, Jai Lynn is a continuing education instructor at the University of Wisconsin.

She has completed over 1500 hours of training, including certifications from Mindful Yoga Therapy, Warriors at Ease, and Global Family Yoga®. Her training optimizes breath and energy connections, and is linked to her vast knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Jai Lynn also incorporates music, chanting, meditation, and tai chi into her mindfulness instruction.
