Our Story

Jai and Monte are a dynamic duo. Professionally they instruct others as to how to improve their mental and spiritual health.

They were drawn together through their love of training in the mindfulness arts. Jai is a certified yoga teacher and professionally works as a yoga therapist. Monte is a tai chi instructor and mental health therapist who also has extensive training in meditation. Together they represent over 40 years of training in the esoteric spiritual arts. Individually they both came to their mind and body training through seeking to overcome trauma and break free from the mainstream culture. They both held the belief that through proper training, they could improve their lives and their culture.

This married couple are also musicians and have joined musical forces to develop their own style of Bhakti Mindfulness music. They view their music as an effective way to help shift both vibrations and mind patterns. They believe that their music is great at improving subconscious patterning which helps to free the mind of old unproductive patterns. They both love both performing live and studio recording. Currently their musical project is titled “The Love Rebellion”.

They have also created a radio show and podcast “Mindflow Radio” that has been happening for the last 6 years. They view this podcast as an excellent way to teach and express various mindfulness skills and knowledge.

They have also created a book entitled “The Mindfulness Handbook”. This is a groundbreaking book on mindfulness theory.

Jai and Monte have also created a mindfulness school called “Integrated Mindfulness Institute” or “IMI” for short. Through this school they participate in teaching courses, giving certifications and teaching seminars to businesses and universities. Currently, their new lecture series, “Mindful Living Workshops” is a monthly event that happens in front of a live audience.

Together these two walk the walk of living mindfully. They continue to train daily and use their mindfulness skills to help them to navigate through both good or difficult times. Overall, they believe that humanity has the ability to evolve and that it all begins in our minds. They believe that through proper training that we all can be empowered over our own individual emotional and mental health issues. They believe that energy is reality and through mindful living we are able to create more love in the world. In this time of cultural division and negative energy, Jai and Monte provide an energetic message of empowerment, clarity and peace.

What is Mindful Living?

While there might not be an official mindful living definition, we define it as follows: a conscious way of living that uses awareness and control to give yourself peace of mind and satisfaction.

What are the Benefits of Mindful Living?

There are a number of benefits that our mindful living workshops and knowledge can bring you. As mentioned above in the very definition, the two biggest benefits are peace of mind and satisfaction. It can allow you to live in the moment, handle stress, become more in tune with your mind, and have more control over the way you interact with your own mind. We know a thing or two, but it’s not like we wrote the handbook for it – actually, we did! Check out “The Mindfulness Handbook”, which is available on Amazon.
