Our Focus


IMI provides both group and one-on-one sessions covering life coaching and therapy. Since 2017 we have been helping people develop cognitive skills and overcome trauma.


Our educational workshops focus on the tools and techniques that provide you with resources to achieve a higher state of mind and benefit from clarity through rewiring your thoughts.

In addition to workshops and sessions, IMI is actively engaged in providing virtual mindfulness-based training and support. We have worked with clients individually, corporate, and in university settings.
