If you are anything like me, your relaxing room has stacks of books! I personally have been on a journey of self-discovery and healing since I was 17 and have gathered many teachers, teachings and books! I am of the mindset that group learning adds accountability and fun so let's do this!


I have been changed by the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza and am super grateful for his work and research. The last time I was at one of his retreats, I needed to speak with the staff psychologist (cuz healing can be overwhelming at times) and her biggest suggestion was to deep dive into Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.
